YOU NEED: stockinet, 4 buttons.

 

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE DOUBLE CONTOUR, THE SEAM ALLOWANCE IS PROVIDED,

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE SINGLE CONTOUR, THE SEAM ALLOWANCE IS NOT PROVIDED.

 

SEAM ALLOWANCE: 0.5 cm for all seams, 4 cm for back closure allowance, 2 cm for front closure allowance.

 

NB! Before sewing, print paper patterns and lay them out according to the linen width (from 90 to 150 cm) to find out how much material you need (do not forget about double and symmetric details).

 

NB: you can regulate strips according to age.

 

WHEN SEWING, BE CAREFUL WITH NOTCHES – THEY MUST BE COINCIDING!

 

CUTTING:

Fabric:

1. Front part – 2 pieces

2. Back part – 2 pieces

3. Butt – 2 pieces

4. Anklet – 2 pieces

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Stitch the anklet to front part (along rounding). Neaten the seam.

 

2. Stitch side seams and neaten them.

 

3. Stitch inseams and neaten them.

 

4. Stitch the butt (coincide marks) to back part’s lower edge as well as to front part’s lower edge and to the anklet. Neaten the seam joining the butt round.

 

5. Neaten with one stitch neckline allowances, armholes, upper edges of one-piece facings. Fold closure front’s facing into right side and overstitch corners. Adjust corners and turn the facing right side out.

 

6. Do the same for back facing.

 

7. Fold neckline/armhole allowances into wrong side and topstitch.

 

8. Try crawlers on the baby. Make buttonholes and sew buttons on front/back upper segments.
